Dunkerque Monday, August 11, 2008
We landed at Dunkerque in fine summer weatheras soon became rain and thunderstorm. Visit the Memorial to Souvenirs - the museum is about Dynamo surgery 26maj-04juni 1940 and the Battle of Dunkerque.Det was not much that was left of the city after the Germans had bombat.En statue of Jean Bart did, is still standing today in the same place . Now we are separated from the others boats, one came to Dover, two to Calais and we turned around. Has now grown tired of low pressure over England, the mast must be removed and the course change, towards the Mediterranean Sea and around 200 locks. Sailing Life is not monotonous, something happens all the time and it certainly is nice to be able to change his mind but that the entire schedule is raging? Time to try the rose 'wine from Provence. SANTE MON AMIS!
