Now we are in Catania but tomorrow it's off to Taormina only 29 distance and we can sway. Here in the harbor you can see Mount Etna with its snowy volcano sides. Catania ports not on our top ten list, buildings from the 1800s, the cause is that the lava destroyed the city in 1669. What was left disappeared with the earthquake 1693.
