Kornati Thursday, August 20, 2009
The legend says that God dropped the 140 small stones from his pocket as he had created the world. When he should pick them up, he was surprised by his views. Here nothing needs to be corrected, and the Kornati islands was created. Islands was forest clad from the beginning, but a shepherd in 1800 set fire to the forest for the animals would have a better bait. Everything burned down, but in 1850 burned everything down it burned down for 40 days. We took some time for us as we sailed through these islands even though they charge per day. You have pay around 30eu/day but it's worth it for the experience is so great. We have come a bit north. Located in Mali Losijn a picturesque small town. Here we were able to fill plenty of water. Now the fridge loaded as we continue our voyage, today it was 33 degrees!
